ADC!

I've submitted Skiba PDF Reader to ADC contest.

Also, I'm thinking of selling it. I.e. you get all the source code + support and I get money :) Mail me if interested.

Current status

Program is not on the Market yet, because it lacks very important (as it turned out) feature: encryption, which is used mainly for document restrictions (do not copy, print, edit, etc.).

I will certanly implement it, but first I will try to build something for ADC II. I can't miss this chance.

New version

New version 0.1.6 is out!

Changes include:
* more parsing speed
* screen rotation support
* new zoom controls
* extensive error reporting (crash reports, error reports)

I will put this version to the market after several 'it works' reports.

Feedback

Well, I've got some feedback. So I'm fixing bugs, increasing usability and investagating crashes. And also optimizing. Busy days.

Life goes on

Ok, two days after submitting alpha version to anddev.org and androidforums.ru and I got 8 downloads. Sweet :)
Nevertheless, I'm starting parser optimization. I am planning to cut parsing time by half. And also limit memory usage.

First release!

Uh-oh, finally! Release!

It is an early alpha release. It can't render anything but text. And it doesn't support colors. And it may crash on large documents. I'm probably shouldn't be releasing it this early, but I'm tired of programming in the void, I want some feedback!
